Installation & Usage Guidelines

Thoroughly inspect the ORFS male flat face and O-ring groove, the ORB male threads and O-ring groove, and all mating surfaces (female ORFS flat face and female ORB port) to ensure they are clean, undamaged, and free from any contaminants.
Verify that the O-rings for both the ORFS end and the ORB end are the correct size and material for the application. Ensure the O-rings are correctly lubricated with a system-compatible fluid.
Carefully install the lubricated O-rings into the grooves on both male ends of the adapter.
Thread the male ORB end of the elbow into the mating female ORB port by hand. Before fully tightening, orient the elbow to the desired 90-degree angle to ensure correct alignment of the ORFS end for the connecting line.
