Installation & Usage Guidelines

  • Verify that the O-rings for both the ORFS end and the ORB end are the correct size and material for the application. Ensure the O-rings are correctly lubricated with a system-compatible fluid.
  • Carefully install the lubricated O-rings into the grooves on both male ends of the adapter.
  • Thread the male ORB end of the elbow into the mating female ORB port by hand. Before fully tightening, orient the elbow to the desired 90-degree angle to ensure correct alignment of the ORFS end for the connecting line. Once oriented, tighten the ORB end with a wrench to the recommended torque for the ORB size.
