The Engine Room: What 290,625 sq ft. Actually Looks Like
Anybody can claim they have "quality." We enforce it. Our factory is where the talk stops and the work starts. We're not just assembling parts somebody else made; we're turning raw bar stock into finished fittings with a fleet of over 200 machines, including 100+ precision CNCs that run day and night.
Our biggest advantage? We run our own zinc-plating plant right here on-site. We don't ship our parts out and hope for the best. We control the entire process to guarantee every fitting has the corrosion resistance you spec'd. That's what real manufacturing control looks like.

- We are a factory. Delphi Fittings is the export brand of Yuhuan Dongfei Machinery Co., Ltd., an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer that forges, machines, plates and tests hydraulic fittings in-house. When you talk to us, you are talking directly to the people who run the shop floor.
- Which markets do you mainly supply?
- We focus on B2B supply for OEMs and distributors in North America and other industrial regions worldwide. Our parts leave this building for the United States, Canada, Mexico and key markets in Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia every week.
- Can you support OEM and custom hydraulic fittings?
- Yes. Many of the parts our customers rely on started as a drawing. Through our OEM customization program, we review your design for manufacturability, build prototypes when needed and then move into stable production under our ISO 9001 quality system.
