Custom Hydraulic Fittings, Built to Your Blueprint.

When an off-the-shelf part is a compromise you can't afford to make, you talk to the factory. We turn OEM drawings into precision-machined reality. That's our specialty.

Your Factory Floor for OEM Components

Our catalog is a good starting point, but we know your best designs live outside of it. We are, first and foremost, a manufacturing plant with a shop full of CNCs, not a warehouse with a pick-list. Our real strength isn't just stocking parts; it's turning your engineering problem into a physical component that works, every time.

Whether you’re an OEM trying to simplify a complex manifold, or you need a non-standard fitting with a specific length, thread, or material, you’ve come to the right place. We work from your drawings. We respect your tolerances. This isn't a side-hustle for us—it's the core of what we do.

Our Core Manufacturing Capabilities

Our production floor is purpose-built for the demands of custom, build-to-print manufacturing. We combine robust forging operations with a massive fleet of precision CNC machines to deliver components that meet your exact specifications. This is what we offer:

Materials Expertise

We work with a wide range of materials to match your application's pressure, temperature, and corrosion-resistance requirements. Our material sourcing and verification is a core part of our ISO 9001 quality process.

🔩
Carbon Steel: Grades like 1045 for strength and 12L14 for high-speed machining.
🔧
Brass & Alloys: Including C360 Brass and other alloys upon request for specific applications.
Stainless Steel: 304/304L for general use and 316/316L for superior marine and chemical resistance.
🔬
Exotic Alloys: We have the capability to source and machine specialty alloys for extreme environments.

Precision Machining & Forging

Our process begins with choosing the right manufacturing method to ensure both strength and precision.

🔥
Forging: For parts requiring maximum strength and fatigue resistance, we start with a forged blank to align the material's grain structure.
📐
Tight Tolerance Machining: We adhere to the precise tolerances dictated by your engineering drawings.
⚙️
CNC Turning & Milling: Our 160+ CNC machines allow for tight tolerances, complex geometries, and perfect thread forms.
💡
Rapid Prototyping: We can quickly produce First Article samples for your testing and validation before committing to a full production run.

In-House Finishing & Plating

A critical advantage is our on-site plating facility, which gives us total control over the final product's durability and performance.

🧪
Zinc Plating (Trivalent): Standard, effective corrosion resistance for most applications.
🛡️
Zinc-Nickel Plating: A premium option providing significantly higher salt-spray resistance, ideal for harsh environments.
Passivation: For enhancing the natural corrosion resistance of our stainless steel components.
🏷️
Laser Part Marking: We can etch your part numbers, logos, or batch codes directly onto the fittings.

Our Process: From Your Print to Your Production Line

We built our process to be direct and no-nonsense, just like our parts. Here's exactly how we get a component from your desk to your assembly line:

  1. 1. Send Us the Drawing

It starts with your RFQ. Send us your technical drawings (CAD is best, but a clear PDF works), material specs, and quantities. The more detail you give us, the faster we can give you a real answer. Start the conversation here.

  2. 2. Engineering Review (The Reality Check)

Our guys will do a full Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review. We don't just say 'yes' or 'no.' If we see a way to tweak the design to make it stronger or save you money without compromising an ounce of performance, we'll tell you.

  3. 3. The Quote (No Surprises)

You'll get a detailed quote with per-unit cost, any one-time tooling fees, MOQ, and a realistic lead time. We put it all on paper so there are no surprises down the road.

  4. 4. First Article: The Physical Proof

For any new part, we machine a first-article sample. You get a real part to hold in your hands, measure, and test fit. We don't run a single production piece until you give us the official green light.

  5. 5. Production Run & In-Process QC

Once you approve, it hits the floor. Our QC team is on it from start to finish, using the same ISO 9001 process we use for everything. Every part that comes off the line will match the one you signed off on.

  6. 6. Final Inspection & Shipping

Your finished parts get a final, comprehensive inspection. We package them how you want them, handle the export paperwork, and get them on a boat from our factory to your door.

Shop Notes: From a Tangle of Hoses to One Smart Manifold

The Problem: A big construction OEM was using a dozen standard fittings to plumb a valve. It was a mess of potential leak points, a nightmare to assemble, and even worse to service in the field.

Our Fix: We worked with their engineers and designed a single, custom-forged manifold block that did the job of all 12 of those parts. After they approved the prototype, we moved to full production. The result: a 60% drop in potential leaks, faster assembly time, and a hydraulic system that was tougher and easier to work on. That's the kind of problem we like to solve.

Custom Hydraulic Fittings – Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom fittings?

MOQs vary based on the complexity and material of the part. Simpler modifications on standard fittings may have lower MOQs, while fully custom designs from specialty alloys will require larger production runs. Contact us with your drawing for a straight answer.

Can you work from a PDF instead of a CAD file?

We can absolutely work from a detailed PDF. We'll just have to create a CAD model on our end for you to sign off on before we cut any metal.

How long does it take to get a prototype?

Prototype lead times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on material availability and machine scheduling. We will provide a firm lead time with your formal quotation.

Can you supply fittings with special plating like Zinc-Nickel?

Absolutely. We have our own in-house plating facility and offer a range of finishes, including standard Zinc, superior Zinc-Nickel for high corrosion resistance, and Electroless Nickel for chemical resistance. Tell us what it needs to survive, and we'll spec the right coating.

Do you offer private labeling or packaging per our spec?

Yes. We offer laser part marking with your brand, part numbers, or logos. We can also provide custom kitting and packaging solutions to streamline your assembly process. More information is on our quality assurance page.

Let's Make the Part You Actually Need.

Whether it’s a one-off prototype or a full production run of ten thousand pieces, our job is to give you a competitive edge by building the exact component your design demands. Stop compromising. Start manufacturing.
