Installation & Usage Guidelines

- Use two wrenches: one to hold the union body steady (backup wrench) and one to tighten each JIC swivel nut to the recommended torque. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the flare.
- No thread sealant is required for JIC flare connections as the seal occurs on the metal-to-metal flare seat.
