Note: This seal is for METRIC parallel threads, not BSPP. Use 9500 or 9500V series for BSPP. This 316 stainless steel configuration is intended for hydraulic and fluid-transfer installations where corrosion resistance is important alongside the specified BSP connection geometry.

It does not change the required thread form or sealing arrangement: each end must still be matched to the correct BSPP, BSPT, JIC, ORFS, ORB, or NPTF counterpart.
