Custom Hydraulic Components & Precision CNC Machined Parts, Built to Your Blueprint.
When an off-the-shelf catalog fitting is a compromise your system cannot afford, work directly with the factory floor. From multi-port hydraulic manifolds and banjo bolt assemblies to high-precision automotive fluid adapters and heavy equipment pins, we turn OEM CAD models and prints into leak-free, production-grade reality.
Work directly with our hydraulic fittings and precision machining engineering team in China for rapid prototype, production, and export-ready supply.
Your Direct Factory Floor for Custom OEM Machined Components
Our standard catalog is an industry benchmark, but complex engineering challenges often live outside standard dimensions. Delphi Fittings is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing plant equipped with over 100 high-rigidity CNC lathes, multi-axis turn-mill machining centers, and an on-site electroplating facility—not a warehouse with a pick-list.
Whether you need to eliminate external hose tangles with a custom hydraulic manifold block, source specialized metric/BSPP banjo assemblies for commercial vehicle powertrains, or require precision-machined pins, flanges, and weld bungs in specialty alloys, our engineering team works directly from your drawings. We respect your geometric tolerances, control critical sealing seats to Ra 0.4–0.8, and deliver consistent, burr-free quality across every batch.
Custom-Made OEM Product Scope & Machined Portfolio
Beyond standard threaded hydraulic fittings, our facility operates over 100 high-rigidity CNC turning centers, live-tooling turn-mill lathes, and multi-axis machining cells. We manufacture custom fluid power hardware, powertrain fittings, and high-pressure sub-assemblies directly from your 2D prints and 3D CAD files:

Our Core Manufacturing Capabilities
Our production floor is purpose-built for custom, build-to-print manufacturing. Forging is outsourced to qualified partners when a forged blank is required; our team then controls CNC machining, standard zinc plating and inspection at our own facility. This is what we offer:
Materials Expertise
We work with a wide range of materials to match your application's pressure, temperature, and corrosion-resistance requirements. Our material sourcing and verification is a core part of our ISO 9001 quality process.
Precision Machining & Qualified Forged Blanks
Our process begins with choosing the right manufacturing method to ensure both strength and precision.
In-House Finishing & Plating
A critical advantage is our on-site plating facility, which gives us total control over the final product's durability and performance.

Our Process: From Your Print to Your Production Line
We built our process to be direct and no-nonsense, just like our parts. Here's exactly how we get a component from your desk to your assembly line:
-
STEP 01 Initial Inquiry
Send Us the Drawing
It starts with your RFQ. Send us your technical drawings (CAD is best, but a clear PDF works), material specs, and quantities. The more detail you give us, the faster we can give you a real answer. Start the conversation here.
-
STEP 02 Engineering Reality Check
Engineering Review (DFM)
Our senior fluid power engineers do a comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review. We don't just say 'yes' or 'no'—if we see a way to tweak the design to eliminate internal turbulence, increase strength, or save machining cycle time without compromising performance, we'll tell you.
-
STEP 03 Commercial Transparency
The Quote (No Surprises)
You'll receive a transparent, itemized quote detailing unit price, one-time tooling or fixture setup fees, MOQ, and a firm lead time. We commit our pricing and delivery terms in writing so there are no surprises down the road.
-
STEP 04 Physical Validation
First Article Sample (FAI)
For any newly engineered component, we produce a First Article Inspection (FAI) pilot sample. You receive a physical production part to inspect, measure, and assemble into your prototype rig. We do not trigger mass production until you provide formal green-light sign-off.
-
STEP 05 Batch Production
Production Run & In-Process QC
Once approved, your order moves to the CNC floor. Our quality team conducts continuous in-process inspection using optical comparators, thread go/no-go plug gages, and profilometers under ISO 9001 control. Every piece leaving the machine matches your master sample.
-
STEP 06 Export Delivery
Final Inspection & Shipping
Every finished batch undergoes final dimensional and salt-spray audit. We apply custom thread caps, kit per your packaging spec, manage all customs and export documentation, and deliver ocean container or air shipments directly from our factory to your receiving dock.

Custom Hydraulic & CNC Machining – Frequently Asked Questions
Practical answers on custom blueprints, prototype turnaround, material certifications, and volume production.
What custom products can Delphi Fittings manufacture beyond standard hydraulic fittings?
Beyond our standard catalog adapters, we manufacture custom hydraulic manifolds and integrated valve blocks, single and double banjo bolt assemblies, automotive/racing turbo and fuel adapters, SAE Code 61/62 flange blocks, hydraulic cylinder glands and pivot pins, weld-on tank bungs, sensor bosses, and diagnostic test points based directly on customer drawings.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom components?
MOQs depend on part geometry, material availability, and machine setup times. First-article prototype runs can start from small pilot quantities (50–100 pieces), while full production orders typically scale from 500 to 10,000+ pieces with competitive tiered pricing. Contact us with your drawing for an immediate MOQ and cost assessment.
Can you work from a 2D PDF instead of a 3D CAD model?
Yes. While 3D CAD files (STEP, STP, IGES, SLDPRT) speed up toolpath programming, we regularly manufacture components from 2D engineering drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF). If needed, our engineering department will generate a 3D CAD model for your engineering sign-off before cutting metal.
What is your Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review process?
Every submitted drawing undergoes a complimentary DFM analysis by our senior manufacturing engineers. We evaluate internal drill transitions, tool reach, standard thread depths, and sealing face micro-finishes to identify cost-saving optimizations without compromising burst pressure ratings or sealing integrity.
Can you supply raw material test reports (MTR) and high-corrosion plating like Zinc-Nickel?
Yes. Every production run is backed by EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Reports (MTR) verifying chemical composition and physical properties. For corrosion protection, we offer standard trivalent zinc plating (120–200h NSS) as well as advanced Zinc-Nickel alloy plating (720h+ NSS without red rust), verified in our on-site salt spray chamber.
Do you offer private labeling, laser marking, and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer in-house fiber laser part marking for custom OEM part numbers, batch/lot tracking codes, and brand logos. We also provide custom export packaging, protective plastic thread caps, and barcode labeling tailored to your inventory and assembly line requirements.
Let's Make the Part You Actually Need.
Whether it’s a one-off prototype or a full production run of ten thousand pieces, our job is to give you a competitive edge by building the exact component your design demands. Stop compromising. Start manufacturing.
